Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to bookings made directly with Assinie Bis Hotel (website, phone, email). Bookings made through a third-party platform are subject to that platform's cancellation terms.

1. Booking and payment

No deposit is required to book: payment is made at the hotel during your stay. Your booking is confirmed by email with a reference (in the form ABH-XXXXXXXXXXXX) to keep.

2. Free cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the arrival date (expected check-in time 2:00 PM). No fee will be charged.

3. Late cancellation or no-show

In the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before arrival, or a no-show, the cost of the first night may be charged.

4. Booking changes

Any change request (dates, room type, number of guests) is possible subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible with your reference. A change made more than 48 hours before arrival incurs no fee.

5. Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 2:00 PM.
Check-out: by 12:00 PM (noon).
A late arrival or early departure does not entitle you to a refund of the booked nights.

6. Refunds

Where a refund is due (for example if a deposit was exceptionally paid), it is made using the original payment method within a reasonable time after the cancellation.
